Convenient Location and Friendly Staff the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the main road and public transport. the staff were friendly, always ready to offer assistance. I particularly enjoyed the prompt and polite service at the in-house restaurant. the food was delicious and portions were generous.
the room was not up to standard, with stained linen and insect infestation.

cit cafe, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. handy base for vacation in kolkata.

The food in the hotel was tasty and the portion sizes were more than enough for sharing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the hotel is located in a great area with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist attractions.
The windows were broken and covered with newspaper, and the hotel did not live up to their website promises of complimentary water or working Wi-Fi. the noise level in and around the hotel was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep.
